Rates are based on 2 adults sharing a double or twin room and include breakfast and VAT at the current rate. Children under 16 sharing with parents pay only £15 per child per night including breakfast. Additional adults are charged at £25 per person per night (Double/Twin) and £45 per person per night (Junior Suite) including breakfast.

If you cancel your booking up to 12noon on the day before you arrive, you will not be charged. A full refund will be made if you have already paid. Bookings cancelled after 12noon on the day prior to arrival will be charged for the first night’s stay.

If you do not turn up and you have not cancelled your booking you will be charged for the first night’s stay.

Pet policy
Your faithful friend is welcome to paws with you at The Keswick Lodge at a cost of £10 per night. Please let us know when you make your booking so that we can make sure your room is to your pooch’s preference.

So many travel websites offer the ‘lowest rate’, so we understand how difficult it can be for you to find the best available rate.f you make your booking via the Keswick Lodge website, we believe you will be offered the best available rate for your stay.

• If you make your booking via the Keswick Lodge website and find an internet rate within twenty four hours that is cheaper, we will honour the lower rate and give you a further 10% off that rate.
• The best rate guarantee does not apply to contracted, confidential or otherwise unpublished rates such as negotiated corporate or group rates and pre-paid rates that involve a voucher.
